Untempered Chocolate 

Untempered chocolate brings out the authentic taste of the bean and its terroir. It requires a little bit of work from you, but don´t worry, with our special system it’s no more effort than grinding and brewing your own coffee.

Step. 1

HEATING THE TRIANGLE IN A WATER BATH

Place the silver bag in hot water (approx. 55°C) for at least 15 minutes to melt the chocolate completely. The best way to do this is with hot water from the tap and a pot with a lid. When the chocolate is liquid, remove the bag and dry it well with a towel. Water and chocolates are not friends.
